Since 2016, we have been working hand in hand with the client to develop and refine a comprehensive enterprise-level SaaS platform. This powerful solution empowers the client to measure, manage, and refine their operations throughout their entire business.


Streamlining Recruitment and Beyond:

One of our earliest projects with the client focused on streamlining their recruitment process. The introduction of our "recruitment module" enabled the client to automate candidate management, from initial interest to the first day on the job. This module incorporates features such as interviewee questionnaires, DBS checks, competency assessments, and document gathering for compliance purposes. The implementation of this module significantly reduced staffing overheads and saved the client a substantial amount of annual expenditure.
